Terms & Conditions

By engaging with Galaxy Interiors for any interior design, modular furniture, or related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

Galaxy Interiors provides interior design services including but not limited to modular kitchens, wardrobes, bedroom interiors, living room designs, false ceilings, flooring, doors & windows, and custom furniture solutions. The exact scope of work is defined in the individual project agreement or quotation provided to the client.

All quotations provided are valid for 15 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Final pricing may vary if client requirements change after the initial quote. Any additional work not covered in the original agreement will be billed separately with prior client approval.

Payment terms are as agreed in the project contract. Generally, an advance payment is required before work begins, followed by stage-wise payments as the project progresses. Galaxy Interiors reserves the right to pause work if payments are not made on schedule. All payments are non-refundable once work on a phase has commenced.

Galaxy Interiors will provide an estimated project timeline at the start of the engagement. While we strive to meet all deadlines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, material availability, or client-side delays in approvals. We will communicate any timeline changes promptly.

The client is responsible for providing accurate site measurements (if not using our measurement service), timely approvals on designs and materials, and ensuring site access for our team during working hours. Any delays caused by the client may affect the project timeline.

Galaxy Interiors provides a warranty on workmanship for a period as specified in the project contract (typically 1 year). This warranty covers manufacturing defects and installation issues. It does not cover damage due to misuse, water damage, pest infestation, or general wear and tear.

All design concepts, drawings, 3D renders, and creative work produced by Galaxy Interiors remain the intellectual property of Galaxy Interiors until full payment has been received. Unauthorized reproduction or sharing of designs is prohibited.

Galaxy Interiors shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Puducherry, India.

Galaxy Interiors reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website. Continued engagement with our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
